Your administrator tag behaves like a player wristband ?
Use the emergency yeallow tag provided to open the administration interface
Go to menu PARAMETERS
Press the REPAIR ADMIN TAG
Then pass the defective tag in front of the reader until the pie chart is completely full.
If your 2 administrator tags are defective, you can perform step 1. by plugging a keyboard into the terminal's USB port and pressing the key combination ALT + C
Your television is ON but the tablet has a black screen ?

Open the left side of terminal using the keys provided
Access the power cord of the tablet
Disconnect it at its intersection then plug it back in.

Scan a wristband on the RFID area of the box, the LEDs will light up:
3 green LEDs if the battery is over 95% charged.
1 red LED if the battery is at less than 95% charge
One of your box does not work anymore ?

Connect your box to the charging station
Then get the magnet keyring provided
Put the magnet above the central LED of the box: the 3 green LEDs flash and the box works again.
If one of your boxes is no longer working despite the previous procedure, contact our customer support team who will send you a new box. Don't forget to delete the faulty box in the SETUP menu of the administration interface.
