Tips for selling your Kylii Quest Challenge
At the entrance of the park :
communicate about the existence of this new activity (cf. part Communication)
propose this option when selling the park tickets
In the park :
put stands and/or flyers on the tables to encourage parents to offer this new activity to their child.
offer to the first 5 children a free game: this shows an example and has a schoolyard effect that attracts the other children.
install posters in the playground at the entrance or near a box, for example.
We advise you to showcase the game as much as possible to encourage children to play: display panels, television with video of children playing, posters on the welcome desk, etc.
We recommend a price of 2€/player for a game session of 15 to 20 minutes in Points challenge mode.
A game reloading box has been supplied to you.
When you scan the wristband over it, it credits X extra minutes of play (depending on what you have defined in the administration interface)
You can sell the additional game at €1 in order to maximise your income.
You can propose on your website, when booking a birthday party, the interactive treasure hunt option.
If you sell this option 2€ per child, this can quickly increase your average basket for birthday packages.
We recommend sessions of 20 to 30 minutes play time in Birthday mode (depending on the number of participants)
You can sell this option for several birthdays at the same time, by using :
- 4 teams in Birthday mode (approximately 40 children)
- up to 18 teams in Team Battle mode ( up to 100 children)
Maximize revenue by selling this in business offer for Christmas trees, for example: 500€ for a company day or team building.
Organize a treasure hunt event (Easter, Halloween) with Mystery Word mode : 2€ per game per child.
Request a caution to your customers:
1 euro
identity card/passport
a shoe
OR
Offer a 1€ voucher when the wristband is retrieved.
